Position Purpose: This position is responsible achieving in-depth knowledge of multiple Epic applications and be able to communicate effectively to end users in a classroom, webinar, eLearning and at elbow setting. This position will be expected to mentor other staff. This position will be responsible updating and verifying accuracy in curriculum prior to use in the classroom. This position will be expected to review and apply end user feedback to curriculum. The position will assist in growth and innovation through training and support.

o Demonstrates the ability to independently function and master their job responsibilities as
well as assist those they mentor to become independent.
o Exhibits high level of demonstrated knowledge in multiple Epic modules.
o Use feedback from end user experiences to build a better learning experience for future
classes and initiatives.
o Adapt training materials to meet the needs of the MRH learner.
o Outstanding presentation skills and works with the team to nurture, develop and improve these
o Responsible for ensuring all materials are ready prior to any training staff teaching the
o Reviews end user surveys and solicits additional feedback to maintain a positive learning
environment in their classrooms.
o Complete and maintain current certification in two or more applications.
o Credentialed in multiple applications to meet the organization's needs.
o Provides ongoing end-user, at-the-elbow support as needed.
o Performs other duties as assigned.

o Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
o Classroom teaching experience.
o 3-4 years of relevant experience
o Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
o EPIC Certification preferred but not required.
o Knowledge of EMR systems implementation and support preferred.
