Saint Francis system serves Tulsa and northeastern Oklahoma through its hospitals, clinics, and home health services. Its largest facility is Saint Francis Hospital with about 920 beds. Other facilities include Saint Francis Hospital at Broken Arrow, The Children's Hospital at Saint Francis, the Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital, and the Saint Francis Heart Hospital. Its Warren Clinic consists of physicians offices in about a dozen cities providing primary and specialty health care.

**Schedule: 8 hour days / Monday through Friday**

***WO or WOCN (Wound Ostomy) Certification Required***

Job Summary: The Wound Ostomy Nurse develops and implements a program designed to provide comprehensive care and teaching for all patients who have stomas or similar problems associated with draining wounds or fistulae.

Education: Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing from a state approved Registered Nurse program.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License. Certification as WOCN required.

Work Experience: Experience requirement as specified to have acquired WOCN Certification preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of general disease state management processes, bio- psychosocial model, and clinical pathways. Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner. Ability to be detail oriented as required in the examination of clinical and numerical data.
