The GOLD Program



The Catalent GOLD Program is a two-year rotational development opportunity designed for university graduates who are excited to accelerate their careers in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and inclusive environment. The GOLD Associate – Finance Track



The program provides critical on-the-job within site Finance, Corporate Accounting, Controllership, Financial Planning and Analysis and Internal Audit.







A GOLD Associate on the Finance Track will be expected to exhibit the qualities that the company’s most successful managers possess.  These qualities include self-motivation, resourcefulness, creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.  We are looking for candidates who demonstrate natural leadership abilities, exude confidence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence in a positive way.







Our program is designed for university graduates who have a strong desire to accelerate their career growth in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced corporate environment. The Catalent finance culture fosters intellectual development and professional growth to enable candidates to achieve their highest potential. This program is an opportunity to actively participate in various aspects of finance and accounting while building a network within the finance and overall Catalent organization.







The Candidate



In order to be eligible for the GOLD Program at Catalent, you must meet the following requirements:





+ Currently enrolled in a College or University and graduating between December 2019 and June 2020 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.



+ Commitment to career development







+ Excellent academic record; minimum 3.0 GPA



+ Willingness to relocate and flexible work hours



+ Fluency in English, both verbal and written



+ Good analytical and problem-solving skills



+ Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet timelines







+ Strong commitment to career development



+ Eligible to legally work in the United States



+ Able to work full time (40 hours/week)
