Position Summary







Catalent is looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join a growing Sterile Products group at our site in Woodstock, IL.







The Project Coordinator will be instrumental in guiding external clients through all stages of the drug development and commercialization processes. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and others to coordinate product launch activities and ensure a smooth transition from the Research and Development group to the Operations group.







The Project Coordinator role is critical to our patients. This is a key role to ensure that quality drug products reach patients safely and efficiently. Quality, safety and on-time delivery is a must to be successful in this role!







The Role





+ Work cross-functionally and with clients to develop Bill of Materials, Routes, and Raw Material Specifications, and any other required documentation throughout all phases of development work



+ Create timelines and coordinate all change control activities for documentation, equipment, and validation activities for each project



+ Work with clients and packaging material suppliers to develop final commercial artwork for foil, inner cartons, and labels



+ Support the mentoring and training of other project coordinators and members of the project management function



+ Gain proficiency with the JD Edwards business system and create Bills of Materials, Routes, and Raw Material Specifications



+ Communicate any changes in the program with the internal team members, Project Management function, and clients to ensure that the changes are fully documented



+ Utilize Project Management processes, procedures, and templates consistent with the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) guide and with Catalent’s Product Launch Review (PLR) process



+ Act as a support role to Project Managers in the management of projects and clients









The Candidate





+ Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Engineering preferred; Associate’s degree required



+ Previous experience within a regulated environment required; 1 or more years relevant experience within a cGMP pharmaceutical environment preferred



+ Must possess proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment



+ Excellent internal and external client facing skills with a desire to meet and exceed client expectations required



+ Experience working in a highly collaborative team environment required



+ Must have proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Project experience is a plus



+ Experience working with JDE or ERP systems is a plus
