**Job Description**

Reports directly to Senior Project Manager, Real Estate Analytics with a dotted line relationship to Director, Real Estate Transactions, within Stanford Health Care's Planning, Design & Construction Group.

The Project Manager, Real Estate Documentation is primarily responsible for managing and executing license and timeshare agreements, tracking upcoming expirations and deadlines, and providing ad-hoc research and administration support to the real estate team

Work with in-house legal use counsel to proactively address upcoming real estate license and timeshare expirations, as well as other contracts within SHC's portfolio. Work with in-house legal counsel to manage and compile documentation related to onboarding new medical practices

Generate internal reports using Excel, Word, Smartsheet, and online database management programs on a weekly basis

Complete and process internal and external signature packages including financial proformas

Understand and ensure compliance with Stark Law terms

Provide ad-hoc administrative and research support

Monitor medical office vacancies and trends throughout the Bay Area

Minimum Qualifications

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field (preferrably Real Estate, Business or relevant area of study) from an accredited college or university. Prefer current California notary or willingness to obtain notary commission.

Experience: Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills and detail oriented

Ability to manage several projects and tasks while adhering to strict deadlines

Basic familiarity with medical real estate and legal documentation preferred

Other prior experience in real estate such as loan documentation, mortgage services and/or residential real estate also preferred

Ideal candidate will be self-directed, attentive to internal and external client requests, unafraid to ask "dumb" questions, patient, creative, and flexible

Competency with database management software and Microsoft suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
