Sr. HRIS Analyst – HCM







The Senior HRIS Analyst - HCM is responsible for the design, configuration, detailed analysis, support, and maintenance of Workday HCM, Compensation, and Talent Development at Catalent.







Position Summary







Act as business partner with HR Global Support Organization and applicable Centers of Excellence (CoEs) by leveraging knowledge of system functionality and other functional/technical skills to provide user, production, and project support. Ensure maximum, efficient utilization of resources and vendors.







Reporting Relationship







This Sr. HRIS Analyst –HCM will report to the HRIS Manager – Configuration.







Location: Somerset, New Jersey







In concert with Catalent’s Patient First philosophy, this position is key in our efforts toward continuous improvement of our processes & information which will allow quality drug products to reach patients safely and efficiently.







The Role (daily responsibilities)







Workday HCM, Compensation, and Talent Development Configuration Design & Support





+ Research and identify configuration design options that are aligned with overall Catalent standards, values, vision, and Audit requirements.



+ Reinforce system configuration stability and integrity to meet customer and business needs by conducting system validation as dictated by the Catalent standard Audit protocols.



+ Review/respond to escalated issues/questions from HCM operations support.



+ Support Acquisition integration into Catalent Workday instance through impact analysis and adaptive design options.



+ Lead HCM, Compensation, & Talent workstreams in support of Roadmap initiatives for COEs, GSO, and other internal Clients through evaluation of impact of new requirements.



+ Maintains applicable Tenant settings for the platform



+ Responsible for audit-compliant change control documentation.



+ Work with manager on prioritizing requests.









Advanced Reporting, Dashboard





+ Analyze and fulfill customer reporting needs with standard or custom reports



+ Create, maintain, and support a variety of custom reports and dashboards utilizing advanced Workday reporting tools.









HCM, Compensation, and Talent Management Operations & Upgrades





+ Coordinate testing with COEs, ensuring critical functions are reviewed and scenarios appropriately documented.



+ Analyze technical impacts and implement the semi-annual Workday upgrades.



+ Assist with requirement-gathering and analysis for system configurations, enhancements, reports, and fixes.



+ Provide additional project-related support as needed for recurring processes as well as one-time projects.



+ Recognize process re-engineering opportunities and recommend improvements and innovative solutions to optimize system capabilities.









The Candidate:





+ Minimum of 2+ years of focused Workday HCM Configuration experience with multiple disciplines (HCM, Compensation, & Talent Development preferred)



+ Experience designing, testing, deploying, & supporting annual Compensation Planning and Talent Management (performance, goals, development) cycles



+ Working knowledge of formal principles and practices in security and compliance as applied to human resources information systems



+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience



+ Excellent organizational, teamwork, collaboration and communication skills, a MUST, plus adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment



+ Workday Certification is a plus (i.e. Workday Pro)
